  Very impressed with the team and service at Enterprise Hanworth. Benson and the guys were extremely helpful and proactive on arrival and drop-off making the hiring process simple and efficient. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

  Vehicle had a few faults especially the pre collision and braking assistance which is one of the most important safety system in the car from the pick up, called invut took them 3hours to get answer the phone. Somenone said they will send AA but they never did, this was on Friday afternoon and they are closed on weekend, I was travelling far away and had to keep the faulty vehicle for 11 days.

  The vehicle itself was ok, had a slow puncture when I picked it up and a couple of minor issues. However the staff themselves were really nice and helpful and cannot fault them at all. So the vehicle was ok but the service was great so felt I should give 5 stars because they were lovely

  The car reserved could be available for a start. Communication to let me know in advance would have been helpful. In the end, I had to call enterprise management to sort out the problem, which the area manager did. The car wasn't clean as it was rushed and the tank was low on fuel. The team on collection basically told me point blank they wouldn't be able to get me the car I needed / ordered. I left and asked them to sort and call me back (giving them extra time to sort). I called back over an hour later and the response was that I wouldn't have a car. I eventually got what I needed through my own work and escalation but don't understand why it is on me to sort the problems they face. Two hours before I was due to return the car, I had a call asking me when I was returning it as they had someone who needed it?? I returned it on time. Shame I didn't get the car on time. I felt as though higher expectations were put on me as a customer and I should accept low standards from the enterprise team. When I returned the car, the new manager (only in place a day) was supportive and emailed after with the offer of 10% off my next hire. He was apologetic and embarrassed after I spoke to him.
